This machine could measure the vibration of rotation machine when working and understand how bad the condition is. At the same time it could predicts trouble (maintenance prediction) and this system have been very effective and paid considerable attention. Minismaster could represent the most basic trouble of the rotation machines. You could easily represent both the normal and abnormal conditions so that you could measure both vibration and research vibration number and frequency to learn machine diagnosis techniques.

Trouble conditions Rotor Kit could make
(1) Unbalance adjustment
Make unbalance condition by equipping a certain weight (attached bolt) on rotate disk. It will be normal condition when it is removed.

(2) Loose of bolt (Looseness)
Make unbalance condition by equipping the bolt, the loose the two bolts in the bearing.

(3) misalignment
This misalignment is caused from operate side axis to non-operate side axis.

(4) abrasion of gear
By tightening or loosening one bolt, it could easily switch to regular gear to abrasion gear, and measure each vibration to compare.
