Condition Monitoring Instruments

All rotating machines used different and wear out at component levels during operations. Due to this, these machines become inefficient and tend to develop defects. In order to keep them running efficiently and to know onset of impending defects, condition monitoring of machines is important. There are several indicating phenomenon like vibration, noise, heat, debris in oil and sound beyond human abilities etc, which emanate from these inefficiently running machines. Monitoring of these indicators provide early warnings of impending failures. This warning helps in taking necessary corrective measures.
